First of all, make sure you have the XVid Codec so that you can view videos. You can download it here:

Then get the recording software at:

Then, once you create your video, I suggest you edit it down to the bare bones. I do this with Virtual Dub, which can be downloaded here:

I suggest only doing a video of a single table, as that will make editing easier, on top of other benefits. See my other post for other reasons.
Once you have your video made, open up Virtual Dub. Go to File: Open Video File, and find your video. To edit the video, you can find whatever method works best for you, but I have found an easy way to do it using only my keyboard. I basically turn it into a whole bunch of segments, each one starting right before I have to make my preflop decision, and ending when I either fold, or get to showdown. Do not cut out anything else, even if you think, or know, it is standard!
Anyway, my method for editing is to seek foward through the video by holding down shift and pressing }. You can back up by Shift + {. To cut out unwanted areas, you will need to set a start point with the "home" key, and and end point, with the "end key", and then just do Ctrl + X. Anyway, after your hand ends, go about a second or two further, and then hit "home"; seek all the way foward until about a second or two before you have to make your preflop decision; hit "end" and then Ctrl + X. Then keep seeking foward until your hand ends (only go up until you fold or showdown), and then repeat. If you get into a rhythm, this can go pretty quickly.
Even if you have two hands you play in a row, I would still cut out the small segment inbetween the two hands. The first reason is to cut out unnecessary wasted time, but a more important reasons is because after you have edited the video fully, you can now scroll through it by doing Shift + --> or Shift + <--and you will jump from hand to hand. This makes it really easy to find hands to review after you have read people's comments.
After you have finished editing, go to Video: Compression, and choose the XviD codec. Then, go to File: Save as Avi, and let the program create your new video. This should take about 10 minutes or so if your video isn't that long.
I would suggest when making videos, you should play for no longer than an hour at a time. This makes your videos short enough for people to want to watch them and comment on them. It also allows people to comment and discuss more indepth, as they won't have to do a ridiculous amount of hands.
Once you create your video, you can either host it yourself somewhere, or send it to yourself via www.yousendit.com (http://www.yousendit.com), and then there will be an active link for people to download it for about a week.
