10 women to each man

So Dr. Strangelove says that the special fallout shelter will have 10 females to each male, so we can perpetuate the human race when all the surface dwellers are wiped out. What standards would you use in stocking the fallout shelter?

Lets assume that we can save 10,000 people at one location with adequate supplies to get us to the point where we can return to the surface.

Consider occupations, desirable physical traits, etc.
