this stinks. Assuming no real read I think I minraise the flop (yeah I know this forum hates that). If he checks turn I bet 1/2 pot and shut down if called (a worse hand won't lead the river after that). If he leads turn after minraise I fold.

EDIT: as played I think it's a definite fold. Well played

barring a read u have to fold....if u jack it up pf the hand plays totally different.

Well I realize the river is a clear fold.

I am more concerned about the turn. (or the flop?)

looking at this again it's not a bad idea to fold the turn. You are behind any ace that UTG would raise with when that 10 hits.
