Bleh. This might be super standard, but I was kinda stuck here.

Reads:

UTG is very tight. This was probably the first hand he'd played in the last 15.

Button is a major calling station. I would not be surprised to see a call from a hand like KT if I pushed.

BB has not caught my attention. He seems to be solid.

Hmmm. I like my chip position here, and don't really want to gamble with the big stack.

I see 3 options:

1) Call, and see a probable 4-way flop out of position. Not really a very attractive proposition.
2) Reraise, but not all-in. Fold to a button push.
3) Reraise all-in.

I think I'd call here because of your read of UTG and Button. I'd like to see a flop, it's only costing 300, and if I whiff, oh well. You see there is the added thing here that UTG and Button might go to war on a particularly live flop, which is obviously great for you, on the bubble.

I just realised that any reasonable reraise would be over half my stack, and folding to a button push would be criminal. Scratch that option.

Is anyone pushing this hand? I think it would depend on what I made of the min-raise from UTG. Either it's a monster, or he's trying not to commit to much to a hand. If the Button is a calling station, then a min-raise with a monster would be worthless since UTG could make a good raise and still get called.

I wonder if all-in takes this down way the majority of the times, as the tight UTG facing elimination might lay down 22-99(TT even?) and I think you are best if you get called by the button. This also depends on your image to UTG.

But I've been trying to lean towards the aggressive style lately to "learn" and experience these types of situations as an aggressor.

I know u said that UTG has been real tight, but do you have a read on his bet sizes? Is a min-raise his standard, or is this out of the ordinary? If this is his first min-raise I probably just lay the hand down.

I ended up calling and absolutely hating it. However, the more I think about it the less I see any alternative.

I ended up busting UTG on a q-high flop (he had KQo)
