[Client:] Hello, I made a deposit via firepay 6-7 days ago and am still not being allowed to play. This is becoming a bit ridiculous. Have you some idea of when I will be allowed to play?

[Luis:] let me look at the account

[Client:] thanks

[Luis:] ok

[Luis:] unfortunately it is still on hold...let me see how long more

[Luis:] it should take 6 to 9 business days

[Client:] from now?!

[Luis:] no from the 20th

[Client:] the money has been taken from my bank account by Firepay, do you not have it yet?

[Luis:] today is the 7th business day

[Luis:] you will have to wait more 2 days at least

[Client:] That wasn't my question. Do you have the money yet or not?

[Luis:] no

[Client:] you said 6-9 business days. That means two more days AT MOST correct?

[Luis:] yes

[Client:] very well, I will be back to chat with you in 2 days. Thank you for your time.

[Luis:] ok

They are generally polite but often clueless at Intercasino support. Case in point, I still can't log into the regular Intercasino casino after telling them about this problem 2 weeks ago when I first joined. I've now contacted their live help, their phone tech support, and also sent multiple emails to both tech support and the casino manager, Ryan Hartley. In my last email, which was sent after spending a good 30 minutes on the phone with support to no avail, I lost it a bit and basically asked them why they all seem to want to pass the buck of helping me to somebody else? That was about 4 days ago and I've yet to get a response (I was angry but used no defamation or swearing in the email). I guess everybody has their own ideas about what constitutes customer service these days.

Usually 80/160 O/8. Do they have good high limit games there?

Not to be rude, but I hope your money stays hung up awhile (gotta keep them to myself!) I've turned $150 into $370 there in about 12 hours of playing time at the 1/2 tables. I won a 38 BB pot there 2 nights ago. Hitting top trips and filling up on the river, with a lower boat and a straight in the same hand.

I really like the propping too. I got asked to sit at a 3/6 table. I sat down, then started surfing the web. After a bit I started playing a game and totally forgot about my table. I quit out of my game to see it and left the table. They credited my account $13.55 for my time and no one had sat down the entire time. /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif

Dunno about Omaha, but they have a really nice 50/100 and sometimes a 100/200 full tables going with 9~11 BB pots. Maybe in 17 years I can afford to sit down at one and try my luck (skill).
