I've begun to venture out into the MTT world. I had a pretty good showing in the super tonight, and I'm at the final table of the Party $30+3 rebuy, with the chip lead.

Dude you are folding too much. You can basically open-raise with any 2 and get away with it. When you win, I'll take a 5% cut.

You open-pushed twice in a row a few hands previous... I just feel a 3xBB raise will be enough to win you the blinds, a chance to get away when re-raised and a chance to play post-flop poker? Just my opinions.

I know what you mean. Problem is that I would've been committed to call if they pushed back over a raise. If I push myself, I have more fold equity. Also, don't wanna be stop-n-go'd and make a mistake on the flop.

Yeah, I was confused as hell. He made a small raise preflop which to me meant weakness. He raised large with KK eariler. With the board the way it is, his bet had to mean 2 pair or better or a bluff. I didn't find it likely enough that he hit a hand that big. He would've raised AA, JJ or AJ bigger preflop. I should've pushed preflop, but the stacks were a tad too big.

I think a lot of you guys are underestimating the aggressiveness of the table and overestimating your stack size here. Any standard raise he makes will either get pushed over or the money will go in on the flop.
