If I'm posing in the wrong forum I appologize, but this seemed more appropriate then Computer Technical Help. I'm looking to buy a new notebook computer, thinking about just going with a Dell but does anyone have any other suggestions?

Depending on your prize range I'd suggest Apple's Powerbook G4. Besides not so great battery life, it's super fast and cool looking.

Check out Sagers. They are one of the, what, I think it's two main notebook makers who everybody else just slaps their brands on. Guys like Toshiba, etc., don't really make their own.

They get great reviews for the stuff they make under their own name, and it's usually a good bit cheaper.
