with that weak board i would have definitely called and gotten more value out of the hand.

lead the turn for 2/3 the pot and react accordingly.

I just wanted him to marry his hand (K10,QJ,bottom set etc.) on the flop vs an ace,q or j killing the action on the turn. What if the flop was double-suited would you still bet-call the flop. If he had raised to 50 or 60 I would have bet/called then checkraised allin but he either had a monster, a draw or a one-pair hand unwilling to give further action (this was probably it).

2 tone flop i would be leading for 3/4 the pot and most likely pushing like you did.
