Before the party split I had 3 accounts on empire. On one of the accounts I hadn't worked out a way to cashout and had hit a huge heater on it so I had lots of cash. Since the split I just figured that I would transfer out $1k a week into my main account and cash it out there. I'm almost finished, but it looks like they're finally starting to care. I got this email:

Dear XXXXX,

While approving a cashout request of yours we see that you are cashing out an amount transferred to you by another player on our website via the Inter-Account Transfer feature.

Please note that the Inter-Account Transfer feature is a privilege for all Real Money Account Holders who wish to help their friends on the site who go broke, or want to convert Play Money Players to play for Real Money.

Using this feature for any purpose other than those mentioned above is not encouraged, so please write back to us with a clarification about the same for us to verify the cashout.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience.

"I dont have a cashout method on my account. The other account belongs to my roomate. He pays me back in cash when i transfer to him."

"The other account belongs to my wife, who works deep undercover for the CIA. Due to the restrictions that are placed upon her, she cannot withdraw the funds into her own account. Unless you are Karl Rove, if I disclose any further information to you, my wife will have to kill you. I am sure you understand."

They didn't "catch on" to anything, you just have to play like 50 hands with the transfered money before you cash it out. Transfer a grand to main acct, fire up 4 tables of 25NL, lose $200 in 6 minutes and you're cool to cashout

why not tell them to forget the transfer and then cashout and have them send you a check for the remaining balance?

This is pretty standard if you transfer money and try to cashout before playing. Most sites do this to my knowledge, to avoid being used for laundering.
