Villain is 32/25/1.5 after 150 hands and thinks I'm a pushover from the few hands we've played so far.

Do I need to get any more bets in there, or did I play it fine?

You played it perfect I think. To 3-bet you need to have the best hand something like 66% of the time. Do you?
He could have QJs, QQ, JJ and beat you.
Or AJ, KJ, KK, AA or something really crazy and you beat him.
I think a river 3-bet would be a mistake, although probably not a big one.

too tired to do the math now but id definitely hope for one and only one bet to go in on the river (obviously in this scenario you have no choice). QQ looks most likely i think. i think you are good maybe 15-25% of the time here

That's fine.

If he's not crazy, I think a river 3-bet would be a sizeable mistake.

I'm thinking just call down from the turn 3-bet. I really don't think he's playing AJo and there are only 2 combos of AJs which he might not even play PF and might not even 3-bet the turn with versus 4 combos of QQ/JJ.

i agree w/ danenania.
unless u really think this guy is going psycho on fourth w/ AA on a JxJ board, just call down after you get threebet.
i can see youve flopped a full house, but Q is a bad card and he is giving you a lot of action here.

Same thought process here- another case of - I have a good hand, mine is better, no mine is better, no MINE is better- ahhh, you three bet turn? i call down.
