I've been going to the tanner's the past couple of days to build up a tan before I head to Aruba this winter so I don't get fried and ruin my vacation. However, today I stayed in a little too long, and my sensitive areas (right around my crotch and my ass) are now burnt and ITCH SO FRICKIN MUCH. I have literally poured an entire bottle of Aloe on it and it won't stop itching. I have been tossing and turning for two hours trying to go to sleep, and I know that I will not be able to if this doesn't stop. Does anyone have any home remedies?

Over the counter sleeping pills plus aspirin?

Rubbing alcholo usually works---seriously. Really work it into the skin, and unlike the aloe, it will feel soothing and kill the itch.


Then get some salt.

Encase the area in a big bag of frozen peas. Keep em in the bag though.

You are supposed to wait a day between tans. For a solution to your problem, I would recommend shaving your testicles. Worst-case-scenario = youve got smooth balls.
