Villian in the hand is pretty aggressive and plays tricky
post flop (makes weird checks and bets).

Yep. Calling down is OK if player opponent will bet every street with a medium pair.

What do you think the advantages/disadvantages of raising/betting this turn are? Think about it. The way you played it, I dont think A little is ever laying down, because he saw the third one for free. I'd raise the turn and check behind the river.

Why didn't you cap preflop? I'd cap it preflop and then play it the way you did.
