I'm REALLY trying to learn 6 max NL, which I've heard can be more profitable than 10 max NL (is this true?). Without further due..

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em (NL$25) (6 handed) link (http://www.darksun.lunarpages.com/poker/)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif, Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG calls $0.25, CO raises to $1.75, Hero raises to $6.00, 1 folds, BB calls $5.75, 1 folds, CO calls $4.00.

Flop: ($18.35) 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif, K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 players)
BB bets $0.25, CO calls $0.25, Hero ...?

How do I safely "define" my hand here when the pot is so big?

I'm not sure if this is the correct time for it, but I probably call and and get my money in on a safe turn card.

You mean push all in?

Depending on the turn card, and the two other players in the hands, actions on the turn, make my move there.
For example, a spade comes and I have no problem letting go of my hand. Moreover if a non spade comes on the turn and the first player makes a substantial bet now, I might be inclined to give him credit for a K. Also, if a spade comes, and the first player bets weakly again, but now the second player raises that substantially I wouldn't be afraid to let go of my hand.

If by push you mean push all in then I'm going to puke.

Put out a good sized raise, 6 handed people are betting their draws often, or even betting middle pair (min bet gets players at this level out who flopped no pair no draw) but they will get off those with a raise. You might be able to get a fairly cheap showdown with a raise or even win this right here.

This is just a filthy spot. You already have 1/5 of your stack in the middle, and then you get that donkbetting happening. Does BB have the spade draw or the king? He likely has one or the other. CO is likely to have Ax, JJ/TT, or other nonsense, but we're probably not too concerned with him unless he himself has the spade draw. Any raise by you committs you basically, because you will have to bet something large enough to make it real. My feeling is that BB comes along for the ride with whatever you do. I hate to call, but I might just do that and see what develops on the turn.

Is your bet sizes right? Your telling me these two guys called that size of preflop raises and then bet a quarter and just called a quarter size bet? Very strange...

Not very strange. Very normal at this level. The problem is it can mean so many things. A big hand, a middle or bottom or pocket pair testing the waters, a draw, nothing...
