Any suggestions?

And please justify them.

I suggest "The Cat in the Hat" by Dr Seuss
This is what reading will do:

"It will relax you in the poker room
It will prevent your poker game from doom

It will prevent you from going on tilt
It will help your poker room from getting hurt

It will help you Sam I am"

The Art of War By Sun Tzu

Generally I tend to think that if a thing needs justification it is probably wrong -- when asking for advice from strangers, though... well, OK; a small sample:

18. All warfare is based on deception.

19. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable;
when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we
are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away;
when far away, we must make him believe we are near.

20. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder,
and crush him.

21. If he is secure at all points, be prepared for him.
If he is in superior strength, evade him.

The book can be very helpful in forming strategies for any competitive endeavor. And here's a bonus -- you don't have to buy it.
