How did you find out the vote was 403-3 ?
Was this incorrect?

Or did they not debate the vote? Did everyone get together and sing praises to the President, quietly of course, so as not to cause any uproar?

Democrats said no one advocated an immediate pull-out without ensuring the safety of troops, and that it was a meaningless resolution that ducked serious debate on the situation in Iraq. It was defeated 403-3.

I guess there still hasn't been enough whining by the right-wingers to ruin its reputation. Keep at it. Maybe someday the whole nation will accept Rush Limbaugh as "America's Anchorman". /images/graemlins/grin.gif /images/graemlins/grin.gif /images/graemlins/grin.gif /images/graemlins/grin.gif /images/graemlins/grin.gif /images/graemlins/grin.gif /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Rueters must be some kind of communist organization, they seem to be reporting that there was "chaos and clamoring" during the vote. How can they be taken seriously?

I can't see why they would need serious debate on this issue. Isn't there a free lunch program that needs to be cut?
