maybe he thoughts i am on a steal and wanted to resteal but i have no reads to determine that.

fold preflop. You've been through the blinds and u should wait for better holdings preflop.

However in this scenario fold as you have no read on this player. He could be on a Ks flush draw or even a As flush draw. If you call you may be ahead but at best you are 2/1 fav.
