Fair enough. If you're going to raise, you have to push here. The problem is that you're in middle position and the calling standards in 11s are fairly loose. You aren't really desperate here and people in the 11s misplay short stacks so badly that you don't have to be quite as aggressive. I probably pass here, push the button, and dont think twice about pushing as the sb.

so when is a pocket pair good enough for a push at 11?

I lost to A4 on this hand...is it time for me to buy sng power tools?

Yep, sngpt is an invaluable resource, especially to players new to sngs.

I just ran it in sngpt to check, and it's barely +ev to push . I'd imagine if you get a lot of responses in this thread, most people will suggest pushing. I like passing here simply because the play at 10+1 is so bad that they will make tons of mistakes against each other, giving you more ev than you'd gain on this particular push (+.1% of the prize pool).

At button I push, at 7bb I probably push at UTG as well, if blinds is going up the next hand I MIGHT push this if im at a tight table, but as it is I'm folding this very barely +EV push.

Both hands are extremley easy pushs. Dont think twice about it.
