Sex with friends' sisters. Acceptable?

I always thought that for a friend to have sex with a good (or best) friend's sister (especially little) was considered a huge transgression, possibly one to terminate a friendship. Recently, a female friend of mine informed me that her sister was breaking up with her boyfriend, and then encouraged me to go for it with her little sister. Furthermore, I have heard stories from my friends about times they have had sex with their friends' sisters and all was fine in the end, one even borrowed a condom from his friend to bang said friend's sister in a closet. My friends have some hot sisters, Im not gonna pretend I havent thought about hitting a few.

What do you guys think. Anyone have any (hopefully hilarious) stories, or just general commentary on such situations?

I think its ok if you really care for them. I think if you really value your friendship you shouldnt just bang them cause they are hot. Like I said the lone exception is that you really consider there being a chance of a deeper connection with his sister (ie you considered marrying her). No bestfriend should have a problem with that....

Yes, this is pretty much the exact situation I describe above. What is my play?

In high school I would hook up with my best friend's sister all the time. She was 2 years younger than us also. But then again, my friend would always hook up with his sister's friends. There were many a nights where I would be in his sister's room with her and he would be in his room with someone. probably hooked up with her for almost a year before we had sex. It depends on all sorts of factors:

1) How much do you want to stay friends with these people?
2) Will broaching the subject potentially end any friendships?
3) Does the guy who banged the sister have any "secrets" that he knows about you that he could spill in retaliation?
4) Is it possible that your friend will "shoot the messenger" in that he'll blame you for not telling him about the banging sooner?
5) Do you have any animosity towards the guy who banged the sister?

In my case, I never told my friend that the guy was banging his sister because I knew that my friend would have been upset with me for keeping the information from him for so long. I also knew that this information would devastate my friend and would hurt his relationship with his sister. Finally, the guy who banged the sister had some dirt on me and I knew that he'd find a way to retaliate.

In the end, I decided that staying out of it was the best solution. Telling my friend that his little sister was getting [censored] regularly by his best friend would have caused a massive [censored]-storm that I would have been the centre of. I didn't need the drama in my life.

Yeah, surprisingly, we became friends because he came back from summer vacation and started talking to others in class how he played this cool game called "Dungeons and Dragons" all summer. Being a part time geek myself I couldn't hold back and simply started asking questions. When he answered them, I knew he had "cooled off". I asked if I could play and he said it would be cool.
