I play low limit ring games and am just starting up on NL tourneys. Twice I reached Pokerstars freeroll (>600 players) final table in the last 2 months.
In the freeroll y'day, I had this hand. About 750 players regd and roughly 50 are out. 20/40 blinds. I'm dealt Ah Kh in UTG. I raise 200, only BB calls.

Flop: Jc Ks 6d

BB bets 120 and I raise it to 400. He reraises to 600. What's the strategy here?

One thing you ain't doing, and that's folding.

I'd simply call his raise, and see what the turn brings. The chips invested, vs. the number needed to see the turn, warrants it.

I'm guessing he has 66 or JK, but I've seen to many online psychos not to rule out a Q10 suited (matching one of the suits on the board) or KQ.
