Palm Pilot vs Pocket PC?

Hi, I've never owned either a PDA and am wondering which way to go. I'm looking at the Palm Z22 and the IPAQ (I don't know which model, any reccomedations?) I know they are polar opposites but if I choose Palm, I am chooosing a simpler and easier setup so why not go with the z22. If I want all the features I guess I go with the IPAQ. I'm not sure which way to go, I woul dlike all of the features of the IPAQ but I'm not sure I want to spend $300+ I'd like to spend 150-200. Anyone have any reccomednations? Also what is a good online site to purchase at for the best deals?
