City Poker cashout

I tried to cashout of City Poker, and they said i need to provide them with copies of my Drivers Liscence, a current Utility Bill, and a personal Bank Statement. Is this normal?
I really have to send them a Bank Statement?!?!

About six or seven months ago I briefly played at Citypoker just for their sign up bonus they had going on then. I cleared the bonus and cashed out, and haven't played there since. My cashout went fine, and I had made my initial deposit with Neteller. I didn't have to send in any sort of documentation whatsoever. Maybe they are doing things differently now.

I've come across this on a couple of online casinos. In my opinion these small unheard of sites are not worth the hassle/risk.
