ah sorry, accidentally hit the submit button, i'll add comments right now!

ok, villain was loose passive with a VPIP of 60 and i have no idea what the hell i was doing on any street, don't think i've messed up any hand worse than i did this one and i have no idea why. the turncheck was thought as a bluff-inducer, but that obviously went straight to hell. exactly how bad was the river call?

That river call is pretty terrible without a read that villain is worse than that river call. Dig?

Why did you check the turn? You need to bet there.

Exactly 2/3 as bad as that turn check.

Why the turn check?

I am thinking the line of betting the turn and checking behind the river (assuming fishy calls the turn) If he calls the flop, and calls the turn, my kicker doesnt play on the river, maybe I am a little weak tight, but it has me a tiny bit worried.

However, the main point is, not betting the turn sets you up for a river CR bluff even.

Against someone more aggressive I wouldn't mind a turn check here-- villain likely has like 4 outs max against you (and likely fewer) if he's behind. However I doubt this guy needs too much of an excuse to call a bet on the turn so I like one here.
