Bet 365...only one cashout per month?

I know this has been discussed, tried the search and couldnt come up with any pertient info.

So you can cashout only once a month?

And I used Neteller, they say it cannot be used for a cashout...I know there's a procedure and a code for Bet365 that uses the transfer funds option at Neteller...Anyone got that code offhand?

How much does it cost for a 2nd withdrawal? and do I hafta go through CS with the withdrawal since I already have the code?
