Turbo Texas Holdem and Dead Cards

Can anyone tell me how to stack the deck so that I could do simulations only using half the deck, so presumably counting half the deck as dead.

I'm not aware of a way to do this. It's something similar to a suggestion I gave Bob Wilson a while ago, however.
