Im sitting at a 5,5$ MTT. 20 people left and I have 25000
blinds are at 800-1600.

UTG raises to 3 BB, no tell on him. He has around 25000 too.
The rest folds to me in the BB with JJ.

What should I do? I pushed, but is that a bit aggresive?
It was a flat payout structure, no real money before the final table

Thanks, Lalle

Very often I'll just take a flop here before I push with these stack sizes. But I also might push, it depends on how the table is playing/ my read on the player.

Pushing is definitely not over aggro.

Knowing a little bit about the preflop raiser would definitely help me out here - was he an aggressive player that raised preflop fairly often or has he been playing pretty tight and unheard from for a while? Did he like to open raise or did you see him limping often? Did he raise every hand that was folded to him or has he been folding out, even when folded to him, for a while now?

The pot is already 25% of your stack and it wouldn't be bad to take it down right now by folding everyone out. Calling with 20% of your remaining chips puts you in a bad spot if overcards come on the flop. I like a push here. If you get a caller here hopefully you are ahead and luck is on your side.
