View Full Version : $200 Bankroll

My friend is planning on depositing $200 into a poker room ... but wants to take advantage of the bonuses offered. I suggested Absolute or Party, what would you guys suggest? AKA which poker room offers the best bonuses for a person with a 200 buck bankroll.

Well for Party you really have to wait until you have $500.

I would start at Bet365 and do the signup bonus and November bonanza. That is $150 at 5x.

Then find a Paradise affiliate that still offers 50% to $100 bonus and do that. Hopefully he will then have $500 and can start regular bonus whoring at Party and beyond...

If he doesn't have the $500 yet then there are a few primas that have 50% to $200 and also 25% to $50 that are relatively easy to clear. Go after those until he has the $500.

Thanks for the response. Anyone else?

Absolute has a 200% bonus up to $200, should he consider this an option?

And where he can find an affiliate who still gives this offer? (for paradise)

For Paradise do PSO, they say their code is 50% up to $50 but it really is a 50% up to $100 code. And you get a nice Nevada Jacks chip set on top of the bonus. You can't beat that.

Full Tilt has a 100% bonus up to 600 for first time users. Once your friend gets that much it's a good bonus.

Not really.

If he's just starting out I think there are better bonuses to hit. He can come back to FullTilt when he has $600 and some time. And when he does, make sure he gets rakeback.

I posted this over in the micro forum (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=micro&Number=3740788&fpar t=1&PHPSESSID=). It should be a decent template for your friend to follow.

Sportingbet and casino.net. 100% bonus up to $100. And the bonus can be cleared at .10/.25 tables (last time I checked). Assuming he breaks even after hitting those two, he'll have x2.

This is the way to go! Don't forget bankroll management
people. The other bonuses are good but you have to play
higher limits to clear and a $200 roll is light. Plus you
can throw in sportingodds poker, they don't take Neteller
and they make you wait 28 days from first deposit. But I
got my funds from then with no problem.

According to the rules at Sportingbet.com, for the $100 bonus: "Only hands played on $1 & $2 real money tables will count towards the number of hands played to claim the bonus."

Casino.net only says 500 raked hands.

Anyone done these bonuses recently that can verify?

I can add that Casino.net's raked hands are contributed raked not including the blind money...

What about Empire? Their 20% to 100 deal doesnt sound bad, and with an affiliate for rakeback, it might not be bad?

Thanks for the suggestions so far.

Cryptologic sites. Caribbean Sun and PokerPlex bonuses are easy, monthly, and do not require deposits.

Cryptos are tough starting out because you have to tie up your bankroll until you get that PIN number to withdraw right? If not then yeah they are a great way to go.

As for Empire, yeah after you hit that magical $500 mark you can start maximizing a lot of bonuses. My little suggestions just got the roll to that point and you can pretty much go anywhere from there...

Easy one this.
Absolute poker 200% initial deposit up to $200. Sign up through www.raketherake.com (http://www.raketherake.com) bonus is valid through november. Easy to release which it does in increments.

Just signed up myself

Can you clear this at the small limits? (and is it easy to clear) (.10/.25 and .25/.50)

This seems like a good bonus, but I think you need a pot of atleast .25 cent rake.

If he deposits 200, he would recieve 200 extra correct? (if he works it all off) Sorry its late and I've had too many drinks.

Does anyone know any Paradise affiliates that still offer the 50% to $100 deal? PM me if you know.
