Assuming that they were successive, about 1/500. I'm guessing you won some hands in between, though.

These things happen. I once lost a HU SnG after getting the guy down to 10 chips out of a total of 2k with blinds 100/200.

You got second in an SNG, unless your ROI is over 200% you should consider this a success.

Any hand can wins the pot.
