Bankroll?
300 BBs
Swings mid game?
10 BBs
Bad losing session?
35 BBs
Running bad?
2 - 35 BBs sessions in a row (only happened to me online once so far - took 3 days of home work, hand analysis, reading and NO play and I found the leaks)

Wow, i have a huge variance, my mid game swings are around 20BB, 50BB loosing session, 80B winning session.

I think it's because of the super loose games i play at low limit. Or is there usually a reason why people experience higher than usual swings?

I won't allow myself to get to 50 BBs. My swing may be more like 15-20 like yours. Winning session, I've pulled 50+BBs a few times. Winning, I don't cap really however, I'll set a new limit, if I'm up big where I'll walk away a winner no matter what. I stick to all my caps, it keeps my play steady and off tilt.

What limits do you play, this could bet the reason, I find when I move up limits, my variance flattens.

I have a feeling you are talking about Big Blinds and LarryJoeFish is talking about Big Bets.

For example, in a 4/8 game a Big Bet is $8 while a Big Blind is $4. That would explain you having 80 BB winning sessions. An 80 Big Blind win is big but not unreasonable. An 80 Big Bet win should be EXTREMELY rare. Same goes for losing 50 BBs in a session.
