Your KK against Haligon's AA was just bad luck. I'm at your table, seat 4.
At least you got lucky that he checked the river.

I'm in it, table 59 - SixgunSam. 2k at the first break, which isn't bad considering I was down to 90 chips after suffering a bad beat ( all-in as a 3:1 favorite and lost ) within the first 15 minutes of play. Doubled-up with A9, tripled up with AK. Then doubled-up again with AA to get back in it.

Tried a re-steal early on w/ K9 after getting nothing for a long time. My image should have been tight and I thought I had some good FE but I was insta-called by ATs.
Finished 280th. A failed steal attempted ended it for me.

some of the players are terrible and stealing seems to be hard to do,

Out in 250th place. Lost 2 races back to back - first one against that Dan Druff guy - his KQ beat my 88. Knocked me down to 1200 chips, then I pushed with AQ and got outraced by JJ two hands later.

still hanging on. got up to 3k in the first 20 minutes, since then i've played two hands, raising AA and KK UTG and taking the blinds, along with a few blind steals.
table 34 at break two with 2790

Out 219...
never got above 2200- cursed with KK vs. AA in the first 10 minutes.
Doubled up in 2nd hour with JJ vs. 88
then got seated next to an loose aggressive who stole a few of my PF raises with an allin- later i mistakenly called 320 PF with a mis-click /images/graemlins/blush.gif
with only $1000 left- i tried to steal the blinds going allin with A8s- got one call from a KK. GAME OVER.

ITM now. got crippled with 88 vs AK down to 1000 in the 150/300, won a few flips to get back to a workable stack, then had a HUGE hand with AA getting to 12k in the 300/600 level. not much since then and i've got 10547 here at the break.
