how do I get the hat and the book?

I just started playing on Inter a few months ago...

What games you gusy play there...there has been a good $5/10 Limit 10 seat going on the past few nights...but overall I'd say the site is pretty dead compared to other sites...tough to find good games there and not many to choose from...

You have to buy them.

it was an old promotion, no longer available
