Everyone is dealt three cards. Regular Holdem rules. After the flop bet, you dispose of one of your three hole cards. Regular holdem high/low after that.

it's the holdem high/low rules i don't know. never played it. is it like omaha, where you have to use both cards?

No, it is like Holdem where you can use 1,2 or none.
