Feels nice to hit your two outer at a final table, doesn't it? /images/graemlins/grin.gif Good luck man.

Haha, I was loving it. I think it was deserved, I'm not crazy about his QJ offsuit call there. I was up out of my chair after the flop. 10s always seem to set. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yeah, I would have been pissed too if his QJo had won. Don't you know that pocket 10's hit a set more than any other pocket pair?

/actually had someone tell that to me, being 100% serious

I actually do play some hands, folks. I've been hitting a ton of K2s and 23s, I'm still in, 5 out of 5. Hopefully I can get some hands to play back with. Thanks for the sweat.

Out in fifth. A nice payday for a poor college student. My bankroll keeps growing. Hopefully some day I can finally win one of these.

Thanks Ansky. I really mixed up my game well tonight. I am very happy with how I played. I didn't get aces or kings once in this tournament and only queens once. I stole a lot of blinds and got the most out of my big hands when they happened.

With a bankroll of $1200 should I still be sticking to the $3,2,1?

you tried the 3r? I'd say throw in some $10s and $5s as well, probably take some shots at 20s/30s if you don't soley play them.

I've never ever played a rebuy tournament. Frankly I have no idea how I would do. I guess I have to read up about them. I don't see much about them in the Anthology.

1200 you can play 5's and 10's (no rebuuys though)

Well you can play whatever the [censored] you want. But to play it 'safe' you shouldn't play higher than 10's. You have enough for the 3r i'd guess.

Thanks for the sweat. I actually do play poker and try to get aggressive. It's just that I didn't see a face card for 10 straight hands and every single hand I was faced with a raise 3x or 4x the BB. I guess I was right to not make a move beings I was second shortstacked the whole time. If I came over the top it'd be an easy call for the raiser, beings they had trash or not.

P.S.: You see that guy Carl at all? He literally tried to fold his way to 5th place on the pay ladder. He would call a raise and leave himself 10,000-20,000 left behind with the blinds at 10,000-20000. People were giving him a hard time. Quite funny to watch and be a part of.
