banning question

I just banned some clown for blatant spaming. The thing is I am supposed to give a reason and could not find where to do this. I unchecked his access rights, but did not see a place to justify my banning.

The banee was hateplayers, btw.

After you click "Edit this user" you get to a page in which is a box which invites "User Notes - Only visible to other admins and mods".

Jim Kuhn and I use this box all the time when we have "suspicions" about posters, and we date and initial our notes.
