Party Freeroll Error

I have just played in the 150 player point aussie freeroll tourny for a bit of fun and anti tilt on party and actually ended up winning it. Unfortunately party has not credited my account with the freeroll to the $210+15 aussie qualifier or registered me to the tournament. Just wondering if anyone else has had experience with this? I've just fired off an email to support. Hummm
