Did some MREIT bottom fishing yesterday. All of these in equal $ amounts:
IMH
NFI
AHR
AMC
FBR (broker dealer-MREIT combined)
RWT
All of these were trading around BV at either a slight premium or discount to BV except for NFI which is at about 1.5 x BV. I am quite confident that NFI will pay out a hefty divy for the next 4 qtrs or so though. Didn't buy the MREITs like NLY that are more or less leveraged MBS bond funds IMO. When the Fed gets through that will be the time IMO.
