Bet365 Mail Delivery Problems

Hi, I just finished the initial 250 raked hands at Bet365 and when I try to send them an email to claim the bonus, I get this message...

"The following addresses had delivery problems:

<support@customerservices365.com>
Permanent Failure: Other address status"

I have never had any problems with my email account before yet an email sent last night as well as one this morning were both returned with this message. Anyone know of a working email address from bet365 that I can use to request this bonus?

Use hotmail! They have a lot ISP's banned for spam.
So one of their reps told me to use Hotmail and iv'e
had no other problems.

But with the error you got their email may be down. Look
in their help section and find the toll free number and
call them. Tell them about the email and then ask them
to credit your bonus.

The phone support is excellent. They dragged their feet responding to my email (no sign of money after 3 days). After talking to sustomer support, money was in my account within the hour.

I also had this problem...called CS and they suggested using another email account. Used my yahoo, and the bonus is now there.

I love gmail - definitely the way to go these days.

Sent them an email from my yahoo address and they responded that the bonus has been deposited in my account.
