You have to request it as a transfer in Neteller. I would explain in better detail, but I'm drunk and tired, so someone else can. When I did it it only took a few hours to get it to clear though...very good CS.

from my own recent question to their customer support:

To withdraw funds via Neteller, please log into your Neteller account and make a request for a transfer from a merchant.

Our merchant code is BET34725 and the merchant account ID is your bet365poker username.
NETeller will then notify us of your request, which will be processed as soon as possible. Once the transfer has been completed we will notify you via e-mail.

If you require any further assistance with regards to this or any other matter please do not hesitate to contact us here at Customer Services. Our team are available 24 hours a day by e-mail or telephone on toll free 1866 333 3238 or alternatively call 01144 1782 684757 and will be pleased to assist you.

go to your NT account and hit the transfer tab then go
to "transfer to/from merchants" in the mercants box
put BET34725. hit the "transfer from" and use your bet365 account/screename as the
mercant account id. Make sure use use the transfer from
bet365 and not transfer to.

365's main business is sports betting. You can transfer funds from poker to betting account. Then you can can cashout. After you transfer to your sportsbook you go to neteller and request a merchant cashout. That's how I did it long ago, I've cut down my sports betting and no longer visit the site so it might be different now.

there's really no need to transfer to sports betting anymore. My money was still in poker when I withdrew.

ok but I still believe you need to obtain the merchant code from 365.

LOL - this one got me too. I ended up phoning customer support as well. You'd thinnk they'd make it a little bit clearer on the website. Or do they hope that we'll give up and just leave our money on the site!!
