4.5 day School Week

Apparently thanks to budget cuts, our school (Univerisity of Louisiana) is going to close on Fridays at 12:30. Thank you, Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita!

WTF? Has this happened to any of you before?

big ass hurricane ---> no commerce in lousiana ---> no taxes ---> less money to subsidize jack's education

The crazy thing is that so many of the Catholic schools in houston have taken in so many of the louisiana kids, that they are holding class on the weekends, but only for the kids that they dont have room for over the week.

Yes, when I was in college, I never went to class after 12:30 on Friday's. That is how it should be. What's the problem?

The problem is that I stacked my classes on MWF as to not have classes on TR. My schedule is nearly perfect and I don't think I could improve it.
