I was wondering if there were lets say top 3 or 5 books that generally everyone agrees are some of the best books out there for NL.

I already own Harrington 1, and Theory of Poker.

I would say:
Both of Harrington's books
Doyle's section in SS1 OR SS2 (pick either b/c it is the same)
Phil Gordon's Green book
Ciaffone's Pot Limit and No Limit Poker

that really is about it for quality stuff...

My list, having read most of the no-limit books, in no particular order:

Pot and no limit poker
Improve your poker
Supersystem
Hoh vol 1 & 2

I'd put TOP on there too, but it's more a general book.

I'm unsure on the Phil Gordon book.

Books I expect to add to the list when they become available:

No limit holdem by Ciaffone
The no limit book by Sklansky and Miller
The poker math book by Ankenman, Chen etc.
