The Midget Toilet

So I got into a discussion with a friend today when taking a piss. So everyone has taken the urinal etiquitte test where you choose the best toilet given your option.

If no one is there then you should take the closest toilet and then leave a space in b/w if possible after that.

But how does the midget toilet fit into this equation?

If you have a row of 5 urinals and no one is there should you still use the midget toilet if it is the first one?

What if there are 5 urinals and there is a dude in the middle one? Do you go to the midget toilet if it is first or is it ok to go to the fifth or even 2 or 4?

I don't think the midget toilet really matters but I have a friend who hates it with a passion and will not use a midget toilet at all costs.

I thought I should stick with the toilet day theme so we get this all out of the way and don't have to do it again for a while.

And why such the hate for the midget toilet? Does it make you feel like a kid or what??
