Big Blind or Big Bet....

When people say they are a winning player they often back it up by saying they win 1.5 or 2 BB per hour. Now does that stand for Big Blind or Big Bets? Big Blinds would seem kind of low but I'm not sure....

When they say they win "1 BB per hour" they mean "One Big Bet Per Hour". In a $4-$8 game, a guy who wins "1 BB per hour" is winning $8 per hour.
