Was talking to a friend last night who returned from playing some cards in LA.

He said the $200 cap NL games (3/5) at the Bike were totally crazy with multiple players going all in before the flop on practically every hand.

Is this true or does he exaggerate--anyone play there regularly who'd like to characterize this game?

Sounds to good to be true but I thought I'd get a second opinion before I rush over to Expedia...

Thanks!

sounds about right, what do you expect when the buy in is less than 50x the big blind.

Watch live at the bike on a tues or wed and you will truly see how horrendous the play is at this level.

Like most things in poker, "it depends". If its a weekend(Fri. and Sat. nights especially) then you get quite a few gamblers showing up. During the week and daytime it is a bit more "normal". There are quite a few good players as well so table selection is key.
