So I hired a contractor to do some work that included drywalling, electrical work and some minor plumbing (installing a shower). He was supposeed to be done by the 15th of this month and he isn't even half way through... While I (stupidly) paid him more than half the money already, I'm thinking I may want to cut my losses and get someone else to complete the work (the electrical and plumbing at least, he seems to be doing ok with the drywalling).
Is anyone here a plumber/electrician by trade and wanna do some quick work for me? I'll be happy to pay cash/cheque or even Player to Player transfer at Party/Empire or Stars /images/graemlins/grin.gif. One caveat, I'm not looking for another guy to drop in, drop off some tools and walk away for a week. I need the work to get done quickly and efficiantly.
