T.O. or rosenhaus as cop partner?

if you were a cop, and had to choose your patrol partner between T.O and Rosenhaus, who would it be?

T.O is an immature greedy prick,

but Rosenhause is a greedy manipulatuing evildoer.

I think I would shoot myself in the foot and go out on disability before riding the mean streets with either one.

However, if I was a crooked cop then I would take both and have them accidentally killed in the crossfire when I have a shootout with some of my drug dealing partners.

T.O. and it isn't close.

Even thoough I am not much of a fan, T.O. always gave 100% on the field (unlike Randy Moss). That is the kind of guy I want watching my back when it is go time against bad guys.
