This almost never works for me because they picked up 2 pair on the river and can't lay it down. Also, it looks like a low buy in rebuy tournament, which means they're less likely to fold.

As an example, in the Party Poker Million semifinal I played, I raised KTd in the CO. BB defended. Flop 884 with 2 diamonds. We both check. Turn diamond. He bets and I raise. River blank. He bets a tiny blocking bet, and I move in because I'm pretty sure he has an 8 and if he was full he would have checked or set me all in. He calls with his 8. Obviously a way different tourney, but in my experience if this guy calls one raise, he's calling another raise.

yeah, I don't like the post flop raise, I don't really understand why you're risking a portion of your stack to take this pot away from someone who more than likely has a good hand, release the 44 and don't look back
