it was the 9th and the 10th hand in the tournament so i dont have any reads on opponent.

There are some times when I don't want to overcall with QQ, but

1) At the mircolimits, the hand range for both players is so huge (any PP, any Ax, any two Broadway, probably some other crap) that I expect QQ to be a favorite even against two opponents.

2) It's early in the tournament, so I don't expect there to be a huge $/hr premium on survival at this point.

Change either one of those two parameters and it becomes debatable.
