Casino Near RI <21

Two quick questions:

1) Is there a casino near RI that has poker games that a 19 year-old can legally play in?

2) Is there a casino near RI that has poker games that a 19 year-old can illegally play in? Will I need a fake ID? Does it need to be good? I've currently got a really crappy Michigan non-driver's ID. Also, should I avoid tournaments?
