a desperate short-stack goes all in, gets called by a big stack and i'm sitting in the sb with my tens. i found it kinda hard to put them on any strong hands, but i think it's save to assume that there are 2 overcards out there at best... can i still push my tens here? or should i just muck 'em?

A read would be good on big stack. I think a default of push is probably good though because of the overlay, and the fact you're pretty far from ITM, with 4bb. Also, with a real hand he'd probably (or should) re-push, so you're likely looking at Ax type hands, maybe KQ if you're unlucky. As well as this the short stack push might be taking away one of his outs.

All in all it looks like a push to me. He might even fold. Doubtful though, unless he's stupid.

I push this. The pot is huge at this point and the caller might even fold in the 10s.

The exact same thing happened to me earlier at a 22. There had been a big raise and lot of callers then short stack pushes. With a few people to act behind me I folded and big stack and shorty flipped over 77 and 99.

With 4bb this is a push I think.
