Hey all, I need a little help. I want to start playing online for money, just got internet at my place. I have been reading these forums for a long time at work, have read sshe, and am still rereading it, but just when it seems to be going ok, a problem! NetTeller requires one to have either a bank account pfff! or a credit card(yeah right). So I am kinda stuck I think. Can anyone tell me if they will accept mailed money orders or anything else?
Is there anyway to get around this vexing bit of minutiae?

Man, im all for being credit card free, but how do you not have a bank account?

Then take $100 in cash down to your local "free checking" bank and open an account. It's quite simple. You need a bank account, open a bank account. Use it only for poker...

Dare I ask WHY you don't have a bank account and/or a CC?

Could it be that you may be too young?

Its so easy to get free checking, it makes no sense to not have a bank account.

You sign up on Bank of America, and refer a friend with a BOA account, you both get $25. Easy money.

Are you afraid Neteller is going to steal all the money in your bank account? To paraphrase from Seinfeld...so Neteller builds a legitimate international corporation, establishes trust for six years and 2 million users, all so they can run off with your $100. Ha!

Or you can do what I did. Find a trusting friend to let you use his bank account with Neteller and just pay him a commission for all deposit / withdraw. If you have no such friend, then I can't help you.

That or he is one of those guys that keeps his money in the sock drawer or a safe. This is a disaster waiting to happen... unless he's nearly broke and keeps all of his few dollars in his wallet.

I've known some weird people that didn't "trust" banks.
