Very true. If you can't punch the wall or the guy next to you, punch yourself.

I've set up a TV/DVD in front of a running machine and rower.

I watch the 20-25 minute comedy stuff (cheers, Married with Children etc), works extremely well!

Same deal. Addicted to the endorphins I think. But at least it is a constructive addiction.

I'm in the same boat. If I don't get my morning workout, then I have trouble concentrating on my school work for the rest of the day. I usually do cardio to the point of being absolutely exhausted.

Sometimes I'm like that. But if I'm really in great shape, I get an incredible amount of energy, and if I don't have anything particularly satisfying to put it into, I can just get sort of tense and frustrated. Being in shape gives me more energy for better or for worse, and sometimes it's for worse.

it's kinda weird but I haven't noticed any difference between my mood when I'm running consistently and when I'm not. I feel very relaxed about an hour after I finish, but other than that there's not a whole lot of difference. overall I feel more complete when I'm running though.

what kind of exercise do you do that you hate so much? it might help to find something you actually like. swimming, raquetball, frequent and strenuous sex, etc might be better for you.

I feel the same way, I'm only 20, but I've already started to get kind of sedentary(sp?) and I feel like [censored] when I don't work out at least 2-3 times a week.
